It will be the same type, height and grade, but no two real trees are identical. Trees arrive netted for carrying and we do not unwrap them before delivery, so give yours an hour or two to drop and settle once the netting is off.
How long will it last?
Four to five weeks in a water-holding stand, away from radiators. We cut the trunk fresh before it leaves us, so stand it in water the same day.

What does premium grade actually mean?
Growers sort their trees into grades. Premium is the top one: densely needled, very low needle drop, and cut fresh rather than held in cold store. It is not our word, it is what the grower writes on the label. We buy that grade and no other, which costs us more and is part of why we are not the cheapest.
Why are you not the cheapest?
Two reasons. The first is the grade: a supermarket buys across the grades, so the cheap trees on the pallet are the ones with a thin side or a kinked trunk. We buy only the premium grade, which costs us more per tree before we have done anything at all. The second is everything around it. You fetch a supermarket tree and take what is left, whereas we keep yours fresh, bring it on a day you choose and stay responsible for it afterwards.

It is, and that is exactly why we are only selling about a hundred and twenty trees. We would rather do a small number properly. If we cannot deliver your tree, we will tell you as soon as we know and refund you in full.
What if nobody is home?
Tell us a safe place at checkout and we will leave it there and send a photo. If there is nowhere safe, we will bring it back on the next delivery day at no extra cost.
What happens in January?
Add January collection for £10.00 and we will take the tree away in the first week of January for chipping. Otherwise Halton and Liverpool both run tree recycling points.
