How paying works
- Paying
- You pay in full when you order, so there is nothing to settle later.
- Changing your mind
- If you need to cancel, please tell us at least 7 days before your day and we will refund you in full, apart from any wreaths or garlands, which are fresh and cannot be sold again.
- Later than that
- If you cancel later than that, we will refund everything except £20.00 for each tree, because your tree has been set aside for you and is harder to sell again so close to the day.
You can change the size, date or address up to 48 hours before delivery at no cost. Orders close Friday 18 December.
Our freshness and quality promise
If your tree arrives damaged, shedding badly or not the tree you paid for, please message us within 48 hours and we will bring a replacement or refund you in full.
